Art Conservation
Hal P. Blagbrough, ASA., is a member of the American
Institute of Conservators. He received his training through the
family business of McCaughan & Burr of St. Louis, Missouri.
McCaughan & Burr is the oldest art galleries west of the
Mississippi. Mr. Blagbrough has been trained in the old world
style of fine art conservation, where only natural, reversible
materials are used wherever possible. We offer full
consultation and restoration services.
